One of the main "jobs" of a professional Minister or Wedding Officiant
is to make sure that the ceremony of your dreams is orchestrated in a manner that will make the both of you very proud.
As you are aware a great Wedding takes planning, and coordination. The success of the event does not happen by
chance, we have to work together to achieve the perfect end result.
Package 1: This ceremony will take about
10 to 15 minutes and is intended for those wishing either a shorter ceremony, an on site Elopement, or a Civil Ceremony type
wedding. This package includes the exchange of the wedding vows and rings. Very often this ceremony only includes
the Bride and Groom with a few relatives and/or friends. We will go over the basics of the ceremony on the phone, and
then meet shortly before the wedding. This package does not include a rehearsal meeting.
Package 2: This ceremony will take about
20 to 25 minutes and is chosen by those who want more in their ceremony than what is included in our Package
1. We also find that this package is very popular with our couples and is requested about 50% of the time. This package
includes some added ceremonies like the Lighting of the Unity Candle, the Wedding Sand Ceremony or Crystals Ceremony, and the Exchanging of Roses Ceremony. You can also choose to have someone perform a reading at your ceremony.
We will go over the basics of the ceremony on the phone or at our office, and then meet shortly before the Wedding.
This package does not include a rehearsal meeting but may be included for an additional fee. A Wedding Ceremony Coordinator
can also be arranged for your Rehearsal and the Wedding day.
Package 3: This ceremony is about
45 minutes or longer and is chosen by about 20% of our clients. The length of time of the ceremony depends on which
additional traditions you may wish to include. This would be the package for you if you wanted a Christian Ceremony that
can include the Communion service. This package includes everything in Package 2 plus you can add some or
all of the following:
Religious service, communion for the Bride and Groom. You may also opt to have additional
readers and have some personal information about the couple announced by either the minister, friend or a family member.
Personalized and customized vows to each other. In order to do this we will need to meet personally at our office.
We will go over a check list that we use plus anything additional you may think of. A completely customized
wedding "script" will be created for you, with all of the special choices included that you will be able to use
at your rehearsal. About 1 to 2 weeks before the wedding I will email the "script" to you so you can modify
it if needed. Your Minister will attend the Wedding Rehearsal (if there is one), and explain to the Bride
and Groom their parts of the ceremony.
Package 4: This package
is our newest package and has developed out of customer's request for a more finished High Christian Ceremony. This
ceremony usually takes about 45 minutes up to an hour to complete. This ceremony will offer the Bridal
Couple as well as their guests a chance to be surrounded in awe. This package includes everything in
Package 3 plus more.
The biggest addition to this package is that it includes Two Officiants (a
Celebrant and a Co-Celebrant) that will be working side-by-side to give you and your guests the Cathedral Style Wedding Event
at your choice of location. Many additional touches can be included like: 2 Tall Standing Hurricane style Candlesticks
that are swagged with Tulee and greenery, a 5 foot table that will be draped in appropriate material that will be used
as the Altar (unless other arrangements are supplied). You will also have the option of offering communion to the
Bridal Party, as well as your Family and Friends, plus many other glorious touches that will give your guests a
very reverent feeling. It usually takes about 8+ hours on our part to prepare for a full-service wedding with this package.
Your Minister will attend the Wedding Rehearsal (see exceptions below), and explain to the Bride and Groom their
parts of the ceremony. A Wedding Ceremony Coordinator can also be arranged for your Rehearsal and the Wedding day,
for an additional fee.
Please Note: Due to
the busy schedules of our Ministers, your Rehearsal may need to be scheduled at a time that isn't considered Peak Time.
Peak Time is considered anytime from Friday starting at 1:00pm thru all day Sunday.
